FUEL SURCHARGE  

• Las Vegas Party Bus rental rates listed are base vehicle fares and do not include Fees or Excise Tax. Pricing may vary slightly because the FUEL SURCHARGE is regulated by the Nevada Transportation Authority on a monthly tier system.  

CANCELATION FEE AND REFUNDS 

• A cancellation fee will be charged if the request for transportation is canceled less than fourteen (14) days from time of cancellation notification to time of requested service. Cancellation with less than fourteen (14) days’ notice will be charged the full amount of the chartered service.  

• Before the execution of the transport, the payment must be made in full.  

• The service requested must be cancelled by the booking party with a minimum of 14 days’ notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice in not refundable.  

• Same Day Cancellations and No Shows will forfeit 100%  

NO SHOW 

• For all reservations, if the passenger does not arrive as scheduled at the designated customer/driver meeting location. The chauffeur will wait for 1 hour on all airport reservations and 30 minutes for regular reservations.  

DAMAGES 

• Cigarette burns: $600 

• Sickness in vehicle: $200 

• Broken/missing decanters: $50. 

• Broken sunroof clips: $60, Broken sunroof handle: $100, Broken sunroof $350  

• Exit Alarm: $10 

• Smoking fine: $100 

• Ripped Seats $500 

• Broken or torn headliner: $500 

• Broken Window: $1000 

• Broken TV: $1000 

GENERAL  

• No drug use or smoking allowed in any of our vehicles. 

• Alcohol use is permitted only inside vehicles equipped with dividers.  

• We assume no responsibility for articles left in our vehicles.   

• If any person or passenger is intoxicated, unruly or who is believed to be under the influence of narcotics, the driver of the transit vehicle will have the right to refuse to carry the person or require any passenger to leave the vehicle.  

• Company will not refuse service to anyone because of race, creed, sex, or national origin.  

• No person under the age of 18 will be permitted to take part in service, unless a parent, guardian or other responsible adult accompanies the minor. We define an adult as any person who is over 18 years of age, or older and who is responsible for the care and supervision of the child. No child will have a reduced rate.  

• Company will not be responsible for delays caused by any of the following reasons: acts of God, public enemy, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, force majeure, accidents, breakdowns, bad condition of the road, storms, and other conditions beyond its control.
